South Dakota Sheriffs Assn. - new condition - This sheriffs’ association was formed in 1953. The association was originally organized by former Pennington County Sheriff Glenn Best who wanted to form a committee of sheriffs to share ideas and work together toward common law enforcement goals in South Dakota.
