Sheriffs Offce - K-9 Unit - new condition - The unit was formally established in 1987 and is trained for patrol duties such as tracking suspects, conducting building and area searches, assisting with criminal apprehension, and providing handler protection. K‑9 teams work alongside patrol and specialty units to help locate fleeing suspects, support search and rescue efforts, aid in drug and explosive detection, and assist with warrants and in‑progress calls for service.
