Sheriff - new condition - issued in 2019 - The bridge depicted on the patch is the Winkley Shoals "Swinging" Bridge, a historic suspension bridge that once spanned the Little Red River near Heber Springs, Arkansas.Constructed in 1912, the bridge served as a pedestrian crossing and became a local landmark. Tragically, on October 28, 1989, the bridge collapsed during a gathering, resulting in the deaths of five individuals and injuries to several others. The patch also features Sugarloaf Mountain.
